The platform provides tools for day to day users and also for external access via API, allowing integrations and extracts to other system.
Security is provided at all stages, from deployment to operation. Each user can be restricted to only see relevant information, while overarching system policies can be used to prevent users for accessing specific data within the system regardless of their access. This would allow a receptionist to operate the same system as a neurologist, with the receptionist able to find a patient and book an appointment but not see the patients medical information.
